Research Shows Fatal Crashes from Unintended Acceleration Go Beyond Toyota

Out of 110 fatalities attributed to unintended acceleration in the last 30 years, 59 of them were automakers other than Toyota, according to NHTSA records. Once attributed to “human error”, NHTSA says it may have to rewrite its approach to reviewing this type of claim.
